Our 'Tapir-Art' program was founded last year, and is currently expanding to approach to more schools!
We combine tapir natural history, research, and art to bring children an opportunity to learn about how to protect tapirs.
Through a hands-on experience, we integrate art for children to actively participate and learn about tapir natural history, research, and monitoring.
Last year we attended to the 'El Jardín' Elementary School at Tenorio-Miravalles Biological Corridor, with the participation of more than 30 children from 1st to 4th grade.
